STEAM ENGINES
Our steam engines capture the era when steam ruled the world and was the catalyst of the industrial revolution. These engines are far from just toys - they are masterpieces of engineering constructed from quality materials and can give a lifetime of enjoyment. Not suitable for children.

We have a large selection of radio controlled aircraft, cars and boats in stock, there is something for every skill level - from the beginner to the serious enthusiast. We also stock electric helicopters. Our range of radio controlled vehicles include models from Tamiya, GV, HPI, Nikko, Ripmax XTM and CEN. We also stock accessories : radios, engines materials etc.
Plastic Model Kits
The Model Shop is stacked floor to ceiling with model kits. There is always something appealing to everyone - from historic ships to modern high-tech jet fighter bombers. With products from Airfix, Mantua, Revell, Dragon and Tamiya, to name but a few, you can be sure you are getting the best models around.
WOODEN SHIP KITS
A varied selection of ship available for beginners up to the most experienced modeller Most are plank on frame and include deck and rigging fittings. Building time varies from a week through to months. The finished result is something to be proud of and makes a wonderful display piece. There are a few kits that are suitable for radio control.
KITES
A wide selection of kites, gliders and rubber-powered aircraft for experts and juniors alike.
Rockets
Starter sets include the Rocket, Launch Pad and Launch controller. Batteries and rocket motors are still required. The motors are similar to fireworks and can only be purchased by persons aged 18 or above. However, operation is safe and reliable.
